The Skilled Nominated visa (subclass 190) provides an opportunity for skilled workers to reside and work in Australia permanently through a points-tested system. It is designed for individuals with occupations in high demand within Australia’s labor market.

Upon lodging an expression of interest (EOI) via SkillSelect, wherein you provide information regarding your nominated occupation, skills, and qualifications, and upon meeting the minimum criteria and achieving a competitive score, Australian state and territory government agencies gain access to your EOI. They then assess whether they wish to nominate you for further consideration.

•  Priority visa processing with the Department of Home Affairs.
•  You’ll receive 5 points for a 190 – Skilled Nominated visa towards the Department of Home Affairs points test.
•  You’ll receive 10 points for a 489- Skilled Regional Provisional visa towards the Department of Home Affairs points test.
•  Access to a more extensive occupation list.
